I can't help but watch Iyanla Vanzant call people beloved, and use the intonation of her voice to trick people into thinking she knows what she is talking about. So much happened in this first episode, I am not sure that I can do justice to it, but I shall try. 

It opens with a "theatrical" shot of Mimi in the shower. We know it's set up, because when you have that much weave on, you wear a shower cap. Also, why do we need to see her showering? Joseline is the one that needs to prove that she actually washes.
